It seems some Eee PC 901s are delivered with an 8700mAh battery, which should provide around 7 hours of battery life.
This was discovered by a member of the French Blogeee forum. Normally the Eee PC 901 comes with a 6 cell, 6600mAh battery, which is good for 4 to 5 hours of continuous use.
The Eee PC 901 also appears to have a single 16GB ssd, (on other Eee PC models this is split up into 2 separate disks)
